VACANCY:  MEMBERSHIP & BUSINESS APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR 

Due to an internal promotion the Chamber have a vacancy for an Apprentice Administrator to join our busy Membership & Business Services team!

The main duties of this role are to support the Chamber with a wide range of administrative and support activities to help facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation including:-

Dealing with incoming telephone calls and making outgoing calls to members and local businesses

General clerical duties including maintaining various filing systems, typing documents, producing flyers to promote services

Provide weekly, accurate management information to the line manager

Use excel spread sheets to monitor and record information 

Recording client interaction on the appropriate CRM system within 2 days

Support day-to-day finance activities as deemed appropriate including raising invoices, chasing debt

Organise meetings and confirm delegate attendance

Assist in sourcing venues and catering for events/meetings

VACANCY:  BUSINESS & EDUCATION APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR

Due to an internal promotion the Chamber have a vacancy for an Apprentice Administrator to join our busy Business & Education team.

The main duties of this role are to support the Chamber with a wide range of administrative and support activities to help facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation including:-

General clerical duties including data entry and preparing materials for delivery within schools

Speaking to schools and businesses to organise Doncaster Skills Academy events

Liaising with individuals who wish to become self employed and booking them appointments and onto training workshops

Assisting the Business & Education Trainee Officer with inputting, scanning and uploading paperwork for the monthly claim

Ensure all engagement notes are updated accurately and within 2 working days.

Maintain various filing systems, documents, templates

Provide weekly, accurate management information to the Business & Education Manager

Support day-to-day finance activities as deemed appropriate including schools invoicing

Attend events, workshops, school activities where relevant

Support other colleagues where needed within the Chamber 

Adhere to all policies and procedures at all times.
