The Bank of England will be publishing its Inflation Report at the beginning of February. Following that, Juliette Healey, Agent for the Bank’s Agency for Yorkshire & the Humber, will be holding a seminar to highlight the key points raised. After the presentation there will be an open Q&A session which will be a good opportunity for you to raise issues on current economic conditions as you see them.
Bio: Juliette became the Agent for Yorkshire and the Humber at the beginning of 2012.
She has worked at the Bank for most of her career, apart from two secondments, one to HM Treasury and one to the International Monetary Fund, Washington DC.
Juliette has done a wide variety of jobs, most relating to monetary policy and financial markets but also press and parliamentary affairs and technical assistance to overseas central banks.
She comes from a family of engineers and business people and did Mathematics at University. Juliette is married with two sons and lives in York. She enjoys travelling and sailing
