The Truck Cartel: Impact for You
The European Commission recently found that the leading medium and heavy truck manufacturers had colluded to artificially inflate the price of trucks across the EEA between 1997 and 2011. This decision opens the door for those who purchased, or leased, trucks during the relevant period to seek recovery of the losses they incurred as a result of the cartel’s actions from the cartel members. Learn more about the cartel’s action, and how this impacts on your business, with Lindsey Clegg, a logistics specialist with Freeths LLP.

The presentation will set out the benefits of delivering freight by rail and review the current rail freight activity in our region. Using cases studies we will then focus on some forecast growth sectors in the rail freight market.
